The training is aimed at participants, who want to in prepare for project management professional certification according to Project Management Institute - PMI standards on "PMP - Project Management Professional" or "CAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management" level.

Training Goal and Benefits
The course builds on our "PMI PMP/ CAPM Exam Preparation Part 1" training and prepares students for project management professional certification of according to PMI standards on PMP - Project Management Professional or CAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management level. It consists of:
- PMP and/ or CAPM exam introduction, explanation of requirements and the application process
- Receiving exam preparation materials including trial exam questions and instructions for studying
- Practicing the application of project management tools and techniques required for the exam using a case study - the participants' own project or a project proposed by the trainer
- Self-study of the candidates according to the instructions obtained.
Participants have the opportunity to "bring" their current project to the training and apply their just gained knowledge onto it. This increases the interactivity of the training and added value for the participants.

Entry Knowledge
The training requires entry knowledge at least on the output level of our "PMI and PMP/ CAPM Exam Preparation Part 1" training. For taking the CAPM or PMP exam, it is necessary to be fluent in English and to meet the admission criteria set by PMI.

Study Materials
Students obtain our original materials and a PMI PMP/ CAPM Preparation Handbook from a leading author. As a standard, POTIFOB uses the best-selling "PMP Exam Prep" handbook written by Rita Mulcahy, PMP.

Training Course Duration
The total duration of this blended learning course is individual depending on the given students' initial knowledge and the desired certification level.
All our course attendees are provided with on demand e-mail support from the moment they order the course until three months from the end of the training course.
